In the summer of 2011, just a few steps from the port of Formentera, Panperfocaccia was born. A place with the mission to bring the traditional Neapolitan pizza to Formentera, one of the most evocative islands in the Mediterranean.
Located in the marina of La Savina, the activity is developed in a local with a terrace of approximately 450 m2 with a capacity of 220 diners.
The wood oven, tailor-made with original materials from Vesuvius, was created by the best Neapolitan craftsmen, known all over the world. This allows us to have daily batches of up to 500 pizzas, made with carefully selected Italian products. The menu is complemented by a cuisine composed of typical Italian regional dishes faithfully reproduced with top quality products.
In a short time, Panperfocaccia has become a point of reference on the island, both for tourists, as for marina customers and of course for residents, who find in our service with non-stop service from 13:00 to 1:00h all the facilites to enjoy our cuisine.
Besides our space dedicated to the sale of artisanal products with which we elaborate our menu, the novelty proposed in the last season 2017 has been the opening of the cocktail terrace, ideal for an aperitif or to enjoy a cold beer before dinner.
Panperfocaccia opens its doors at the end of March and does not close until the end of October, making it one the few palces on the island able to offer a constant service for mor than 6 months.
